Chai Chia Pudding

If you want something delicious that’s good for you and takes but a moment to prepare, this Chai Chia Pudding is for you. We’ve included our very own CULTURE Chai, a unique, probiotic-rich fermented drink concentrate that supports gut health and general wellbeing.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsps Chia seeds
  • 2 cups of milk – choose your favourite, although chocolate almond milk is nice
  • 30mLs  Herbs of Gold CULTURE Chai
  • 2 tbsps raw cacao nibs


WHAT TO DO

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir well.
  2. Place in the refrigerator to set (chia seed mixture will start to swell and absorb the liquids in around 10-20 minutes).
  3. Serve once set.

* Serving tip
Spoon some pudding into individual serving bowls and serve with coconut yoghurt, granola and fresh raspberries
